Service scope

OPPEIN Online Design provides paid online design services. The specific service scope is determined by the product detail page and the order snapshot created at checkout.

Online design does not include construction drawings, plumbing and electrical positioning drawings, fire approval drawings, or other specialist technical drawings unless explicitly agreed in the product scope.

Customers provide requirements, room dimensions, photos, floor plans, and related materials through WhatsApp or other agreed communication channels.

Customers are responsible for ensuring submitted floor plans, measurements, site conditions, and other materials are accurate and lawful to use.

Payment

PayPal is a third-party payment processor. OPPEIN Online Design does not store your PayPal login password or card details.

Clicking "I have completed payment" only submits a payment statement. It does not mean payment has been received.

Payment is treated as successful only after our team manually verifies the amount, currency, payer, and payment time in PayPal Activity.

Design use and local conditions

Design results may be affected by local construction rules, materials, on-site measurements, site conditions, and local professional requirements.

Customers should have local professionals verify construction feasibility, code compliance, materials, and site conditions before implementation.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, submit fraudulent information, attack or disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for illegal purposes.
